Food At First serves a daily hot meal to anyone who is hungry, everyone welcome, no questions asked. The Free Meal program serves a meal every single day of the week, every single day of the year. Our major focus is to help those who are not able to simultaneously meet their basic needs of food and shelter. There are many reasons people attend.
